Anti-Corruption Policy

It is the policy of Seriously Trademarks® to conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. The company is committed to acting fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings. Seriously Trademarks® has zero tolerance of corruption, bribery and fraud in our businesses and in those we do business with.
All suspected cases will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.
Recovery of stolen items or monies will be strenuously pursued.
Seriously Trademarks complies in full with the laws and regulations of those countries in which we operate. There is legislation in many countries, including Australia (the Criminal Code Act 1995), the United Kingdom (Bribery Act 2010) and the United States (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 15 U.S.C) (all of which have extraterritorial reach) that prohibits bribery and corruption. Similar laws also exist in or apply to other jurisdictions in which we operate.
This includes compliance with all laws, domestic and foreign, prohibiting improper payments, gifts or inducements of any kind to and received from any person, including officials in the private or public sector, customers and suppliers.

Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality

Gifts, entertainment and hospitality are acceptable if they are reasonable, proportionate and made in good faith and in compliance with our company policies.  These activities must be in compliance with our Code of Business Conduct (guiding principle: ‘avoiding conflicts of interest’).
Examples of gifts, entertainment and hospitality include the receipt or offer of gifts, meals or tokens of appreciation and gratitude, invitations to events, functions, or other social gatherings, in connection with matters related to our business. These activities are acceptable provided they fall within reasonable bounds of value and occurrence.
